Nice hotel, big rooms, good service decent location. Big indoor and outdoor pool.

I was given a room on the 2nd floor (floor below the lobby), and it was not clean and it was very outdated. The bathroom did not even have an appropriate door with a lock, it was instead an accordion divider/door which was so disappointing.

I'd stay here again for sure if it was between October and April. Overall, it was a great hotel though (hence why I'd come back in the fall, winter, or early spring). Great gym, solid M Lounge, good food in the restaurant, and very friendly staff throughout the hotel. I'd probably not stay in the summer again though. The A/C was underpowered for the size of the room, even with the window shades closed 24 hours a day. Heard the same from multiple other guests in other rooms. Engineering came up and they were able to get the small duct to blow out a bit more, but it was like trying to use a fan to cool a volcano. Room pretty consistently sat between 75 and 80, day and night. Bit of a shame given the otherwise nice facilities.

Very poor experience. Was paying over 400 per night and the hotel room would not get colder than 73 degrees. The room was also not very clean and the pillows had hair and washed blood stains. Took over 1 hour to get new sheets and pillows. They seem to be more focused on being an event space than a decent hotel. Reach out to Marriott 2 times and hotel management has not got back to me in several weeks.

My worst experience with hotels so far. Although the hotel looks great from the outside, we were checked into a room that wasn't ready and we needed almost 45 minutes for it to be ready. This place has no free Internet. Their daily price for the Internet is excessively high. Which kind of hotel in the world today doesn't provide access to the Internet? Put your Internet access into the room price and let your guests access the Internet with no additional fees. They don't clean rooms or change towels every day. We called to have clean towels in the morning and no one brought them. We called a second time almost two hours later and it still took another 15 minutes for towels to be delivered. The only good thing here is the parking.
