Atzimba Mexican In Lex

Not much to choose from when traveling thru this area so gave it a try. It is brightly decorated. The chairs and tables/booths are very festive. Service was good. The fish tacos were very good. Everything else kinda fell into the ‘eh’ category. The salsa tastes like ketchup. Chicken was not hot on two dishes. Refried beans were the strangest color and taste I have ever had. Was it bad? No. Was it great? No.

Best Mexican restaurant in the area. It's hard to find good mex food here in the South.

No soap in the men's bathroom and it wasn't clean. For the four of us we were seated at a table that was too small for the eight dishes our meal was served to us on. There were plenty of larger tables available but wanted to save them for larger parties that never showed up. Three of four said their meal was okay

Great atmosphere, great food and great service! This was our first time eating here and we were nit disappointed! We will definitely be back for more!
