Potbelly - gton Hills

As someone who works in hospitality industry you will find rare individuals such as Morgan on the night shift she was there by her self and from taking orders to cashing out the customers pacing herself to prep the orders and packing them all. All by herself. She deserve a raise and appreciation whoever owns this place you will not find employees like her to be composed under pressure and get the job done.

The restaurant was clean and fast service. Peaceful indoor environment.

I come here often to eat while I work (2-3 times per week). I am always pleased with the friendliness of restaurant staff, the freshness of the ingredients, and the quality of taste of my food. From a cleanliness perspective, I have never seen anything that appears to be unkept, or emitting any odors. That being said, I usually come right before the lunch hour rush, and stay for an hour or two. I always order the same sandwich (veggie melt), and customize it as well. I have had the same outcome on pick-up orders as well, although they will occasionally forget to update the bread on my order (I update it from wheat to white). I think the restaurant could use an upgrade in terms of the look/feel of the interior, but I'm sure all Potbelly's look the same. Regardless, I give this location 5 stars, and would give it more if I could.

No better sandwich shop than potbelly. And this one beats them all.

Food was solid. Looking for sandwiches on a Sunday evening. My wife enjoyed hers a little more than I did. I wish the standard came with a little more meat.
