Jarrito's Mexican In K

The food is very good and the waiters are very nice.

Just a small town Mexican restaurant in Kingstree that has good food and drinks....comfortable. They also have a small bar with TVs.

I went to Jarrittos in Kingstree SC a few months ago and had to wait well over a 45 minutes before we were even acknowledged and asked what we were drinking . The waitress walked by our table several times And didn't Say anything. When the owner came by I told him about the wait and not being acknowledged for 45 minutes. He said: there are other people here that waited longer for food. But they didn't wait 45 or more minutes to even be acknowledged. I said that might that I wouldn't return. Well, I decided to give them another try and ordered the Texas Fajita Nachos. The Nachos didn't have any cheese on it. I called and the owner said to bring it back. I took it back and the lady at the register opened it and put her finger in it and said the cheese melted. There was no cheese on it at all. She then says they can add extra cheese. I told her that I don't want it because she put her finger in it!! The waitress Jessica says to me, you don't have to come here! Ok, cool give me money back because I don't support rudeness!! The owner called to Ask what happened, his response is everybody makes mistakes. At this point it's not even about the food!! It's poor customer service and the audacity to be rude!! I will never eat from them again!

Has always been awesome, every time I've been there!

Service was OUTSTANDING!! Food was fresh and delicious. One of our servers was Carlos but they were 3 of them who went above and beyond to made our evening just great. I can't rate them at a 10 because there's only 5 stars otherwise I would. I highly recommend this place. I'm visiting from Cali (we are supposed to have the best Mexican food) and I was impressed about the great great food.
