Przekaż informację zwrotnąMost of the 5 star reviews on here are fake given they just recently opened. We went there with a large party and were the ONLY group dining. I’ve honestly never seen such a poorly run restaurant. It was 80 degrees and they couldn’t adjust the AC. The entrees came out staggered over the course of an hour, where by the time the last entree was served, the first person had been finished eating for 30 minutes. Worse than that though, somehow half the entrees came out cold, and the other half were just outright wrong. I want to cut them some slack as they are clearly a new staff sorting things out, but you can’t possibly get this MUCH wrong and expect a return visit. You only get one chance to make a first impression and this place is not for good Italian in south Florida.
The service was amazing. The braise beef was excellent. It was flavorful!! The beef carpaccio was good. The calamari was ok. I'd definitely come back for the braise beef and try some other options.

The best I have eaten in Miami, good atmosphere, excellent service, excellent food, excellent selection of desserts, I can't wait to come back to repeat. Highly recommended.
If I can give this place 0 stars I would. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This awful place will NOT last. CONS FOOD -I was served RAW salmon -a guest in my party was served OVERCOOKED hard as a rock steak -When they cooked my salmon, they put cheese all over it and turned it into a new dish which is NOT WHAT I ORDERED since I can't eat cheese. -the calamari was rubbery and soft -the meatballs tasted frozen and awful *when the chef came over to look at my salmon he said that they get their fish from the distributor PRECOOKED and that he just dips it in water so it was impossible to undercook it and both the sever and chef were ARGUING with us saying that it's not raw. HELLO?! Does that look raw to you?? *When I spoke to the server about the chefs comment she told me that it's NOT precooked and everything is made fresh. Which goes back to my salmon being raw. *Because of the mess up of the fish and then the remake being wrong which ended up having to be given back to the server taken off the bill and not replacing that one. I didn't have anything to eat besides having a few pieces of the rubbery calamari so I left hungry. CONS SERVICE -slow service, we didn't get served until 10 minutes after being sat, -incompetent servers, we never got our appetizer that my husband double checked with the server to make sure that she knows we want the calamari as an appetizer. When our dinner comes out and there were no appetizer, I told one of the employees that I don't want my appetizer anymore, they apologized and told me that they will still give it to us but for free and will bring it out in a couple minutes. The server then told me that I never ordered the calamari and I reminded her that my husband double checked with her to make sure that she knew that we wanted that as a an app. She then apologized. CONS EXTRA CHARGES -We were charged for an extra sparkling water that we never received or ordered -We were charged for the calamari that was supposed to be free -We were never told about the AUTOMATIC 20% gratuity on the bill and it doesn't say that anywhere on the menu. We ended up paying 40% which is ridiculous and it's AGAINST THE LAW to not say that on the menu. We came here to celebrate a birthday and it was by far the worst experience in our lives that all of us just wanted to leave. None of us review restaurants but our disaster of a night shouldn't go unnoticed. We should have just gone to Sicilian Oven where the servers are great and so is the food.
