They were not willing to take out the turkey from the cold cut combo. My son doesn't like turkey, and they seemed like they just didn't care. They were pretty snotty about my request. The place looked dirty, so it was probably good that we walked out and went somewhere else to eat. Subway has really went downhill in most areas, but this location really sucks.

Subway is my favourite sandwich shop, but this visit was quite unpleasant. Apparently the employees had a lot of online orders to do. Waited around 10 minutes to be acknowledged, the entire line of customers, including us, were being ignored and the lady who was helping us was kind of rude. No smile, no hello. The food was good, but the service was very slow.

We ordered a cold cut combo, meatball sub and chips via door dash. It was suppose to have bologna, ham and salami on the cold cut. The only thing on it was bologna. Will not being doing that again. Some attention needs to be made to delivery orders.

If I could give you a zero, however that is not a option I ordered online you didn't even start to making my oder until 15 minutes after pickup I even gave you a tip this is why people don't want to give you extra money you don't do your job. I'm glad I work for a job that appreciates me and I'm not just a number like subway workers

They closed early so the could mop the floors. not a valid excuse to close an hour early.
