Jalapeno's Mexican - Grover Beach

The food is fantastic and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend trying this restaurant.

It's a little mom-pop place. We live here in Grover City and it is a beautiful place with a cool atmosphere away from the Pismo crowds. The food is good and also the margaritas. The service is good and always pleasant. I am a Carne Asada-Taco fan of her, they are bigger than a typical street taco, and not greasy. Your salsa is decent and it is fresh when you order it. It is a good place to go to

Kinda disappointed. Doesn't take like authentic Mexican food. It's alright. Chips were kind of stale. I ordered Carne asada tacos expecting legit street tacos. Honestly Taco Bell tastes better than this place and Jalapeños was highly recommended on the Next door app. Um, no thank you.

The food is okay, but when you order for pick up or delivery the portion size of the rice and beans is to say the least SKIMPY. When one is paying $13.00/$15.00 a meal they could at least give you a full serving and NOT a very small spoon full. Very stingy with the portions.
