Jimmy John's - Grove City

Went to JJ today. A Saturday. Do not go on a weekend. They were in there chatting up a storm. In sweat pants, I’d assume that were worn the night before. To forever. Missing ingredients. Wrap wasn’t wrapped. The staff was dog water. I eat here through the week and it’s done right. Bunch of lazy bums.

Our food and drinks reaked of smoke from the delivery driver. The last 3/4 deliveries from this location has had the same issue. The bread on my sandwich had burnt crust. They should've thrown this loaf away instead of serving to customers.

Absolute worst service you could get. Ordered at 11:15. Hour went by. Order still hadn’t been delivered, yet received two calls from the location but did not leave a message. Brought my coworkers order 15min later. Stated that they had no idea about my order and that it wasn’t in their system. Delivery driver “looked” in their car for my order. Finally got ahold of the location after 20 calls. Was told that MY order was undeliverable, despite being in the parking lot of a DENTAL OFFICE. A BUSINESS. Then proceeded to say, “what do you want me to do about it?” Refund has not gone through, and sub has not been delivered. Absolutely bonkers.
