Friendly staff. Very clean rooms and amenities. Staff is very accommodating and happy to help. We would stay here again.

Our first time at this location south of Columbus in Westgrove. As typical of Drury Inn, everything looks new and rooms are clean. The breakfast options are not great but as far as hotel buffets go, the food os good and fresh coffee. The price is reasonable for two queens beds. One recent change with Drury Inn is NOW if one requests a early check in, they want to charge $30.00. Feels like airlines where corp is nickel and dimming customer. Not to mentioned they been adding a $50.00 incidental charge that is refundable if nothing charged to room. Again, I call these junk fees. However, we continue to stay at Drury Inns since it 's good for the value and with afternoon snack and frig and microwave in room, it 's good for a family. There are lesser alternatives if it 's only a single individual at 1/2 the price with same quality.

Love this hotel. Breakfast could have more fresh fruit and maybe some bacon? Seems like they are all going to these super cheap frozen, powdered, and prepackaged breakfast foods. Shame.

This weekend we scheduled an overnight trip to the Drury Inn in Grove City for our three kids to swim off some of the pent up anxiety from being in the house for so long. Joining us was my niece and her three kids. This was not our first time here for a winter getaway, but from the minute we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff who went the extra mile of attention to make sure we were taken care of. When we took the kids to the pool, a staff member brought my niece and I water because she knew how hot it was in there and might get thirsty. When it was time for the 5:30 Kickback with adult beverages and hot food, the staff came around and asked if we needed anything and even brought the kids more cookies (they are delicious cookies! . Everything was totally safe and COVID friendly with masks and social distances. At the pool, they only allow ten people total. At our first venture to the pool, our party of eight were the only ones. After the 5:30 Kickback (i.e, dinner with fresh vegetables, spring salad, pasta alfredo, grilled chicken, bacon potato soup, and cookies , we went to the pool but they were taking room 's and they would call us when we could get in. The wait was just enough time for the kids to go back to the room and play until the phone call. The next morning we enjoyed a delicious hot breakfast (breakfast potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy scrambled eggs and a variety of continental items and then ventured to the pool where we were again the only ones there. We highly recommend this hotel for a quick and close getaway were you can swim between indoors and out, while enjoying the hot tub to warm up.

They get a 0 from me and I will he calling corporate tomorrow, reserved my room through a 3rd party when I got there dude said it would be a 50 dollar hold on my card in which nothing was brought to my attention that this was going to happen so I asked if I could go get him cash because I know it takes forever for the money to go back on the card he tells me no that's not a option, so I told him to go ahead and run my card but this should have been mentioned on the site before I got there. Dude said I was yelling at him in which I was not, he said he has never had someone rude like me before in fact he was the rude one. I never yelled once or raised my voice, he had the manager revoke my stay still ran the 50 dollars I do believe they added that back to my account. Now I have to wait for the third party to refund my money. I told that man that u never know what someone is going through and being kind is free. My feelings were hurt and I had to go get another room somewhere else all because I told him this should have been stated somewhere on the reservation he was rude to me because I booked with a 3rd party and whomever the manager was elderly lady she was just so hateful and rude as well for no reason. I will be contacting corporate in the morning. Drury inn Grove City.
