Domino's Pizza - Grove

Domino's is fantastic, but the local coupons are misleading. The coupon for "1 Large Pizza with your choice of toppings for $13.99" actually results in a charge of $14.99 plus tax. It’s not a huge difference, but when I inquired with the manager at the Grove location, he explained that it was due to my order of the Extravaganzza pizza. The issue is that the coupon states "your choice of toppings," and if you look at the available options, they are all specialty pizzas—with no other choices provided.

Found a long piece of hair stuck on my pizza.... gross ??

These folks made an exception for delivery here, and I wish others could do the same!

There's a reason this restaurant has a rating below 4 stars. I ordered four items, and all were poorly prepared. The pizza was cut unevenly, there was barely any powder on the lava cakes, and the sandwich was also poorly sliced, all in one order. I've had to contact this place before, and they usually resolve the issues, but this time the manager said, "I'll refund it," and then hung up on me. What a way to handle customer service.

Ordered 2 Medium pizzas and a pasta dish. Food showed up at 7:35 when our driver left with many orders at 7:00. I have several temp gauges at my house since I am in the food industry. When it takes 35 minutes to deliver a pizza even in a warming bag you can probably guess what happens to a pizza. Not the best look over here on the Honey Creek Bridge side of town when your competition is almost done building. Look at our history, we order frequently out of convenience. Usually it's moderately decent. I specifically didn't order a bread bowl this time because the last 4 or 5 times ordering those they have been horribly wrong. The crust on the bread bowl was in edible. Thanks
