Ciro's Flying Pizza - Grottoes

Ordered pizza at 7:14pm for just a pepperoni pizza for delivery, got a text saying be delivered at 8:20pm, at 8:51 pm I called the this restaurant to inquire on when it would be delivered, the girl excuse was we only have one driver but it’s on the way it’s out for delivery now. At 9:15pm I reached out to customer service to inquire again and they said the same excuse above but it was on the way, at 10:15 I reached back out to customer support and they looked into it and they said they were short staffed and checked with the cook and said it was sent went it came out of oven, and that they can’t even do a credit back, then they cancelled my order totally. I just a pizza for dinner before I went to bed, now will be going to bed with no food. I hope whoever this one driver is that was delivering my pizza since 8:20 pm for the last 2 hrs enjoying eating it! Least he gets to eat tonight hope he enjoys my tip I gave him as well!! On a fixed income and wanted to get take out for the night blew up in my face!!! If takes this long for service they are probably not following any health and safety protocols and keeping place clean for anyone!

Ordered at 7pm still haven’t received the pizza at 1030pm. Contacted store 3 times and we got the response of “they are short in staff”. This place has gone down hill so fast! DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU ORDER ANYTHING AT ALL.!! Their service makes Dominos look good. WARNING!! WARNING!! THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY!! They stole our money and delivered nothing!!! The Food, Cooks, Servers, Service, Atmosphere are Awesome!!! Management is 'Excellent ' tambien!!! They 're 'ALWAYS ' Smiling 'Happy ' to Greet You!!! The Food is Beyond 'Superb ' is 'ALWAYS ' on Point or as Expected!!! On my '2nd Visit ' there I forgot what I ordered '1st Visit '... To my Surprise the Server/Waitress remembered I ordered it Again!!! They have a 'Vast ' variety of 'Mouth-Watering ' food so you could order something different each visit if up to it!!! My Personal 'Favorite ' to get is their 'Philly Steak ' 'Cheese ' Sub!!! It has way way more 'Meat ' than 'Subway ' too!!! Don 't get mi wrong; I 'd still eat either place if Hungry.js I 've been in there more than a handful of times haven 't 'EVER ' been 'Disappointed ' by them!!! They go 'Above Beyond ' in Foods Cooked The Service provided!!! I 'd 'Highly ' Recommend this 'Restaurant ' or 'Establishment '!!! I Don 't know how long they 've been here or around... but I can still see them open operating years down the road from now!!! But don 't take my word for it... Make a visit yourself to check it or to find out!!! Trust me when I say, You won 't be disappointed !!!

Awesome pizza!! Best pizza around!! They do not skimp you on the cheese nor the toppings. Fresh and was delivered earlier than expected !
