Subway - Groton

I am shocked by the way they treated a new employee at the restaurant. It is unacceptable to ask the employee if they want to transfer to a different location only to then terminate their employment when they express interest in moving closer to their home. It is outrageous for a manager to treat their employees in such a disrespectful manner.

The owners are extremely kind. Great eating experience.

I recently visited Subway a few hours ago, between 6-7 pm on 2/12/2023, and the staff member there made me the most delicious Subway sandwich. He was friendly, made my sandwich just the way I like it, and despite it being the end of the work day, he still had a smile on his face while serving me. The vegetarian options were excellent - all of the veggies were fresh and full of flavor. Normally I would remove ingredients if the texture is not right, but in this case, everything was perfect!

I have never encountered such terrible customer service before. Two female employees were closing on July 9th, 2020. I was very disappointed as I am a fan of the Subway franchise.

Great food. Great staff. The owner is an awesome dude!
