In the Schlaraffenland itself the service is attentive and friendly without notice. The tables with fabric tablecloths and napkins tastefully covered and fresh flowers. We participated in the Brunch offer on Sunday: Appetizers: Vitello Tonato, baked mussels, poched salmon with herbal wasabi, ver. Antipasti, various salads, and my personal favorite shrimp salad with avocado and peach lace. Soups: asparagus soup, table pitz soup with mouth pockets Main dishes: beef balls with merettich foam and potatoes, chicken in honey sauce with ratatouille and potato gratin, pork super tasty crispy crust with Bavarian herb, Viktoria sea bass with almonds, nut sauce and rice that had not seen too sweet. Desserts: hot apple strudel with vanilla sauce, nut roll, raspberry bisquit, white chocolate sauce, nutmeg, delicate bittermousse large fresh exotic fruit salad, self-made ice creams, tiramisu with fresh strawberries. red grapes with vanilla ice cream....
