We tested the classic Burger yesterday at the Chapelle on Oreuse market at O'KLM's food truck. We had a lot of luck to have had time to order them, because they were about to leave. A pure delight! The fresh meat, the same bread, tender and crispy, everything was excellent. And the couple, great fun! We'll go to the restaurant on occasion! Enzo and Jessica
