The food is amazing. It gets 5 star review. The service is another story. I give the service a 1 star. I attempted to call in an order but when the phone was answered the person on the other end said hang on a minute, then laid the phone down and don 't pick it up again until I went inside to place the order, and let her know that she could hang up the phone because I was no longer on the other end. All she said was we were really busy . I told her that I thought that was really bad business and with that she replied well I am the only one here . Not my fault you don 't have staff. Not my fault you had 5 tables to wait on, but I think most wait staff can handle 5 tables. I have eaten here 3 times now. Not sure I will be back again. I expected at least an apology for leaving me hanging on the phone, not excuses. Eating out is not about just good food but good service as well. Good luck with your new business, hopefully you will come to understand that it is ultimately about the whole experience.

The best place in Groesbeck to enjoy a burger, and the fish on Fridays is amazing!

The food is delicious, and the service is excellent. However, the tater tots can occasionally be overcooked. It's a family-friendly place with a decent atmosphere.

The food was excellent! My burger was outstanding, and the wings were really good as well. The atmosphere was great too! With a bit of time and some updated chairs, this place could definitely earn a 5-star rating! Great job, Jay Birds! Well done!

I really enjoyed the burgers and the overall ambiance of the restaurant. The waitstaff was very friendly and attentive to my family and me.
