What a nice cozy elegant little place to have a warm drink (I had both chai latte coffee/hot chocolate and yummy carrot cake. We loved that computers weren't allowed as it meant people were actually chatting with each other :

We chanced upon the GrindelLounge. It has a great position in the centre of the resort. We had great drinks, friendly service the owner even have our dog one of his homemade dog biscuits. It's only a small place but well worth a visit.

Visited on a Sunday night at 7:30pm looking for dinner. Although they closed at 8 we ordered 5cl of wine and two outstanding pizzas: prosciutto and fungi, and salami diavolo. Crusts were flaky and light, garlic bases and toppings altho not spread 'thick ' were perfect, allowing you to taste the whole pizza and not drowned in tomato sauce or cheese. Highly recommend if you want something that 's not schnitzel :

A must when you are in Grindelwald. Couldn't have found a better place for a wine, flammenkuchen and a coffee Very nice atmosphere! Nearly feels as home. The owners are welcoming you with smile and nice comments All food is homemade and what we tasted was great. I will definitely be back again!
