Culver's - Grimes

This restaurant is very busy during lunchtime. The customer service is always friendly and they strive to make their food in a modern way. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. The staff does an excellent job!

The Culver in The Graves is extremely disappointing. I had to make multiple attempts to order a simple ice cream, only to be given a melted order that wasn't even what I had requested. Even after returning to inquire about only being given finished pints, I was still served the wrong item. The service was poor and the quality was bad. I wish I could give it zero stars!

I would rate this restaurant 3-4 stars. The burgers were good, juicy, but thin. The taste was excellent and exceeded my expectations compared to other burger joints. I passed on the fries as they weren't crispy, but I did try the cheesecakes and potatoes. The curls were good, but not amazing. The Kartoffels and gravy were too salty and overpowering. The shakes were okay, but I prefer a thicker shake. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food. I would consider eating here again.

I had the best experience in these scenes on Friday night. I was greeted by two smiling faces in register. I have placed my order with ease. they were pretty busy inside and the drive thru but I got my 30$ order within five minutes. the food was so fresh, the fries burned my mouth, but everyone was happy with their food. we went back to the switch after the crawl. at this time they were more busy. it took a little longer to cuddle, but the children were coughing and checking for guests who seemed to wait longer than normal. our custard was solid, not fussy with many beats. as someone working in a Custard shop, it's not as easy as people think! I could not imagine a place like culvers the amount of custard they serve on a day! be patient and friendly to the people in customer service! at least they came to work so that they can be served

Grimes Culver's is horrendous. Because we had to have the young man go back in and get the ice cream he had forgotten, the kitchen staff decided to stuff a large chunk of a cheeseburger into my daughters ice cream. She was mortified. When I called to complain and demand to speak to a manager, I was told, there was no proof your food was tampered with. We will never return. I would think Culver's would do better than this and hire better quality people to run your Grimes shop. Lost a life long customer.
