Starbucks - Griffin

Coffee is always burnt and overpriced, so I don't drink it anymore.

We had a great little time coming over to the Starbucks in ingles Zebulon, Ga. We had our order right mostly everything was right except for one thing the DRINK! I order a chai regular one I wanted the Christmas one but they ran out of gingerbread a little mad about that but, idc about at least we got everything we asked for right definitely keep coming for more later on these days.

Even though I go here every other day, today November 14, around 8 am in the morning was awful. First the young lady with curly hair and glasses was Not friendly all, very poor customer service. The drink I ordered was the same latte that I have been ordering all year and the price has always been around 7.86 cents but this morning she want me to pay 9.85. I told her that this price couldn’t be right, and she said, well I guess the other stores are not charging you the right price. I had to hold my cool with this young lady this morning because her attitude was unprofessional. I canceled the order and went to the other Starbucks in Griffin Ga. and they charge me 7.86 cent for my latte, but the Starbucks in Ingles(Griffin Ga. was charging me 9.85. I am a regular customer and was disappointed in the customer service this morning.

Starbucks is a splurge for me. Really high in prices for a cup of coffee. I do love Starbucks but it has to be in budget for me. Really good coffees.
