MANAGER was very rude all the time and on the phone. When I asked for a refund, she did it, but aggressively pushed my refund in my hand. You ALSO MADE a very INAPPROPRIATE COMMENT! The cashier on my entrance is Brenda P, but the manager used their register to process my refund. The date of the incident was 9/16 at 9:05.
Service was slow, the biggest problem was either the portal machine was broken or they did not enter our information. I always asked about my food after I was ready email message food was ready and was not told to him my food sat in the portal the hole time, but could not access due names on the screen. 20-30 min later I finally get my food and it was good warm and my name was on the boxes the hole time!!! Why do some ppl make life more complicated, then it must be??
Ordered at drive-thru, was never told that it would wait until after I had paid. Okay, pull back and wait. I see people go and they didn't get their food. They wanted to get their orders. I looked at the time and waited for 40 minutes. I called to see what the stop was, the guy asked what a car I'm driving, and then I told him he said I'm going to look and hang up the phone. So I went in and had to wait about 12 minutes for my order. Very poor customer service. You could have offered at least one dessert, a drink or a small discount for the inconvenience. Don't get me wrong, I love me a little Caesars pizza. But that drive through is HORRIBLE, the onning over the takeout window is not big enough to stop a light drizzle, let alone a giant rainstorm. Went there for a pizza, left with my whole door and seat wet from all the rain pouring in
Slow to have someone take my order. They have signs up that day if you text them, you'll get free crazy bread. When I texted in, and got on the marketing list, I was informed that they don't honor that even though the advertisement is currently up.
