Burger King - Greve

Had my 5 year old daughter with on Burger King in Greve located at the highway. We ate and gave us good time when my daughter played super good with another girl in their playroom. When I came out to the car I could see that there was a parking shuttle in the window of 830kr due to the P time was exceeded! We took us good time we ended up being there for 2 hours and 46min. apparently a time like Burger King thinks is too long to visit their restaurant in. You can argue that I had to have informed me on various signs etc before I parked, but I did not have in my wildest imagination imagined that the time limit was so short when this parking is just ONLY current for BK and their own guests, in an industrial area far away from habit or anything else. it will not make sense for other unauthorizeds to use this parking due to location. I have been in dialogue with BK, but they will not take responsibility for this harassment. They have a restaurant and a concept directly aimed at families. But children's families are not as busy as others. BK disclaims responsibility and tells me that I must contact the parking company who manages the parking. But they just work out from the guidelines that BK has put!?? Burger King, every sweet to acknowledge that not all families can run in and out of your restaurant when children happen so many exciting things in you, which is precisely aimed at catching their interest. I still look forward to finding a solution

Big burgers and everything was hot. The quality was ok. Extremely noisy and noise from children.

It doesn’t matter with good service is when the food is cold

The burger was ice cold in takeaway. Although it was eaten 2 minutes after delivery.
