Morgenrot - Gressoney-la-trinite

We were disappointed although the food was really very good, the restaurant was lacking in cheery alpine atmosphere compared to other mountain restaurants and the people who worked there seemed overworked and not enough of them. Would not return.

A favourite place from a several visits Pre covid and we were not disappointed on our return! The burgers were absolutely fantastic! Still love this place!

The winds were up and the lifts and pistes were closed but we ignored the closed piste and went down towards Gressoney and stopped here for lunch. Amazing! It was deserted due to the closures (one other.couple appeared). It was also a sub trap!! Barely any wind and blazing sun! We had a lovely long lunch with beautiful food and wine and our first (very nice) bombardino!

Vale la pena parcheggiare e fare questi 13/14 minuti a piedi per arrivare qui. l'eleganza in cui non ti aspetti. piatti che differiscono da quei molti ristoranti che servono volent o nolente più o meno gli stessi piatti con alcune variazioni. Qui siamo a un livello superiore e per questo abbiamo cena qui due volte in una settimana. Grande cortesia e tutto il cautele legato al covid. Periodo di mese di agosto il porcino fungo sempre presente. I primi piatti si distinguono su tutto! Congratulazioni davvero!

Siamo venuti in 3 il cane, abbiamo mangiato molto bene. il ristorante è quasi perfetto, se posso suggerire piccoli cambiamenti cercare di mantenere qualcosa senza glutine (il pane e i risotti sono sempre a lungo) e qualcosa di più nel menu senza lattosio (burro). Abbiamo preso il seno d'anatra che era delizioso. Grazie, torneremo.
