The Penne Rosa was inedible. The noodles were under cooked and crunched, there was little to no sauce and the added chicken tasted burnt. Waste of money!
Update: Noodles and Company had corrected the issue with the bus stop! You have been blocking the bus stop near your restaurant for weeks. There is a row of trash and recycling containers on the sidewalk that prevent passengers from exiting the bus. As you can see, there is a noodles and company logo on the trash containers. There are a growing number of passengers who are unhappy with this. What solutions can you consider to correct this issue?
If zero was an option, that’s what it would be. I stood there ignored for 20 minutes only to have someone come in after there smoke break to tell me they didn’t make food that I already paid for online. Complete trash. Of course this review means nothing since they are on State Street and will get business regardless, but this would only be an option for me now if I were in a diabetic coma. Not to mention the homeless guy asking me for money as I walked out. Classy joint.
Poor order management. Gave my order to the wrong person and then didn’t give me much food. Essentially I waited longer for less food and no refund/discount was given. I will not be coming back to this location.
