They never pick up their phone and if they do they have you on hold for more than 15 minutes. The Hispanic Mexican people that work there discriminate against you. The food is alright and good for the most part. Terrible customer service from everyone except the girl bartender that was there last night. I usually get amazing customer at the Fitchburg location but this restaurant in Middleton West has me scared to call them or to go eat there.

Food was wonderful. I had the lemon basil salmon, and Brussels. The bread was devine. The staff was stretched a little thin, but our waitress was very good, despite having little to no help. We had a reservation, but didn't get sat for another 20 minutes. Really not a big deal since we were staying at the hotel. Will definitely be eating there again this weekend.

The service is terrible, the food was great. This site should allow customers to order from an electronic kiosk, pay, and pick their orders up at the window. This would be entirely more efficient than the servers tripping their way through every single interaction they partake in. Again, terrible service.. awful, good food.

The Benvenutos on 1109 Fourier Dr in Madison, WI is so TRASHY! Not a single table clean when we walked in, food on the floor everywhere, the table we sat at for 2 seconds wasn’t clean. Even the hostess was surprised after she “welcomed” us with her “amazing” (so so so rude) service! Got up and walked out right away. Can’t say anything about the food didn’t even look the menu. This is a good establishment, just never go to this one…disgusting.

Wonderful food! Gluten free options exceeded my expectations. And our waitress was personable. Loved it!
