Chick-fil-a - Gresham

I don't normally leave reviews, but I had to after coming to this Chick-Fil-A location for the first time. I got a classic chicken sandwich and a large fry. When I got my order, I noticed that the large fries were soggy, and the box that they came in was barely half-way full. I would have given them one star, but the chicken sandwich was too good.

I just moved from Utah and my grandmother has worked for chik fil a for almost 30years and I have never had such a God awful experience. Waited in line for over an hour, was so sick of waiting told them to forget about our drinks cause I would rather just leave. Finally leave and my girlfriends chicken on her sandwich was puny and soggy and I got raw chicken nuggets. HORRIBLE.

The people here are nice and friendly. I made a mistake on my mobile order and they corrected it right away and didn?t charge me extra. Thank you Chic

I really enjoyed my Chick-fil-A experience. The spicy chicken sandwich was the perfect amount of hot. The pepper jack cheese was a perfect compliment to the chicken. The waffle fries were fresh and tasty with very little salt.

I like the sugar free drinks, the waffle fries, and their special sauce. The Mac and cheese was actually very good as well. However no plant based alternatives, the line, and the prices bring the score down for me.
