My family went to dinner on Thursday night. we ordered mixed vegetables, fried rice, matcha blase tee, two kinds of knödeln, alga salad, gurkensalat, white rice, a chicken dish and a fish dish. the restaurant is not air conditioned and it was...hot the eating did not arrive in a certain order (the starters did not necessarily come before the main dishes). we enjoy spicy Asian food, so we were pleased that eating was actually spicy (not simply spicy according to French standards). everything was delicious. the server was friendly and accommodating. it is not a chic restaurant, but it was good. we will be happy to come back there.
A very delicious Chinese restaurant in grenoble. If they're here, they have to try. it is not so easy that it is a harmful effect.
QTea offers two styles of cuisines: the Chinese steamboat/hotpot (buffet) and sets from the menu. I have tried both and I like them a lot. As a researcher working in an institute composed of people from all over the world, I often recommend them QTea...as the most authentic Chinese food in Grenoble. Steamboat is one of the most famous ways of dining, but it is always better to have friends who have tried it before to show you how to have it where you will enjoy it more. I had it with my Japanese colleagues and they loved it so much. For the sets on the menu, I highly recommend the “fried pepper chicken” as well as the “chicken of three (cups) of sauces”. Both are preferable with rice to bring out the most flavors from the dishes. It is also great to have the dishes a bunch of friends so that you can order different dishes and shared with friends!
It was a surprise to me to find such authentic Chinese food in Grenoble. The tastes are original and prices are reasonable. Only those who has been travelled to China, Hong Kong and Taiwan will be able to differentiate the excellent tastes, as compared to...so called Europeanized Chinese food. Highly recommended for those who have not tried real Chinese food. Once you have tried it, I bet you will be loving it.
