Sonic Drive-in - Greer

The order was in error even after we double checked before we paid. When paying, the employee did not answer questions. The girl that brought out the food argued that we were wrong even though the receipt was right. Since sorting the drinks was such a mess, mentioning that my burger was wrong and side sauce ordered and paid for was not there wasn't worth it. Been to many Sonics and even if there are issues, the feeling was positive. This one why bother.

Meh. Food was mediocre, and it took WAY. TOO. LONG to receive. 30 minutes for fast food while we watched car after car pull in and out through the drive thru. When we did get it, you could tell it was sitting for a while.

The food was good. The corn dog and chicken tender meals did come without their dipping sauces. The cherry and blue raspberry cream slushes were perfect

Threw half of my food out. My boyfriends food came out fine, only reason for the 2nd star. The breakfast burrito I got was a cooked slab of egg (not scrambled as pictured) with a chopped up sausage patty inside. My wings were all breading in sauce. Bottom of the bag. For $30 it was definitely not worth it. It all should have been thrown out and not served. It was probably worth $5. Disappointed :

We went through the drive-thru and informed them that we received the wrong order. Instead of fixing it properly, they handed us the old food. I pointed out that there were no tater tots included and that the hamburgers had been unwrapped and clearly handled by someone other than an employee. When I requested that they remake the order, the staff gave us a lot of attitude but eventually agreed to remake it and told us to wait. Unfortunately, they did not actually remake the food; they simply rewrapped the same burgers from the touched bag. The condition of the burgers was appalling—there were charred, burnt pieces on both the top and bottom buns, and they were so soggy that they fell apart in my hands. I am incredibly disappointed and disgusted. I will not be returning, and I will advise others not to order from here either. This is now the third time in a row that this has happened to us.
