Just pulled in at 8:45. The place closes at 10. The employee inside rushed to the doors, made solid eye contact with me and locked the doors as fast as possible. These employees need some major training and a member of management who is customer service oriented.

Online said it would be 5 minutes thought that was fast but cool. Got there and waited 20 minutes, they said they’re waiting on fries? And 5 minutes later said they just got the pot pies out and that’ll it will be 20 minutes? I just saw them hand some out the drive thru window.

Honestly the food was amazing but when we walked in we had an online order they had called our order 2 times but it wasn’t our order we were in the restaurant for 45 minutes to an hour this is unbelievably the worst experience I have ever had with this restaurant I will not come back this is unacceptable

KFC has good food but the prices has gone up. But so has most fast food
