Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Greer

Went through the drive thru... was told by a female that we needed to place on online order through the app, so we pulled over and did this. Went back in line when our order said it would be ready and was ignored. Finally a guy said they were closed and refused to respond to us asking why we were told to order online. We've obviously already paid online. Waited at the window and they refused to come out. Tried calling with no answer. Waste of money and time.

I haven't been in a while and was really impressed with the cleanliness, quality of food and friendly staff.

Refuses to take our order or let us in. Only would take an online order then website wouldn’t work.

We have never had a bad interaction with staff here. They are always pleasant, helpful and fast. The icecream is always more melted than other locations though. The flavor is great but texture is off a bit. Maybe the freezers need adjusted. Other than that, it's great!

Stopped for ice cream Sunday got a hot fudge sundae. There was no hot fudge in the bottom of the cup what was on top didn't even go all the way around. Someone new or cheating out? Disappointed.
