Cook Out - Greer

My daughter and I arrived at 10:55 for lunch and the side door was blocked by a large trash cart. We proceeded to enter through the other door. When we got to the register, the cashier explained that we would need to wait a minute for her to take the drive thru order. No problem. When she returned, I started to ask her a question about the menu when she interrupted and told me I wasn’t allowed to have a water bottle with me (I was holding my child’s water bottle). I explained that it was water and I was about to order two meals with drinks for the two of us. She cut me off again and said it doesn’t matter and that I had to take it outside. Due to her rudeness, I told her we would be eating elsewhere. I have never had this issue with other cashiers at any cook-out location.

This place never disappoints! Food is always fresh hot. Orders are always correct. Drive through is fast efficient. Love the milk shake choices!

Food is about average for Cookout. I would always prefer things to be fried recently, but that's not always the case here. But I can't hate too much because it always tastes good. Service can be slow, and lines are almost always long, but the workers are generally nice.

Got 5 plates with hamburgers and they put the wrong things on each one of them, and one hamburger isn’t even cooked fully. I cut it in half to give to my dogs and it’s rare in the middle. Two days in a row from different places our food has been wrong. Not even the burgers in wrong box. They have toppings on each burger none of us asked for. And what we asked for isn’t on them. All of them were a soggy mess. Waste of money. What is going on now a days where restaurants can’t even get orders right. It’s ridiculous.
