Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe ordered 2 chicken and pimento cheese biscuits, 2 large teas and a large BO round, They gave us 2 small teas, large BO round 1 chicken biscuit plain and 1 chicken biscuit with pimento cheese. So half wrong. We had to go back through after running errands and get friends something and they put an extra charge of add cheese that we didn't even ask for or get. I don't know what's going on with them.
I started off by making a call in order and the girl over the phone was really rude and didn’t even want to let me finish speaking, and once we got there their customer service was terrible except for the young lady in the window. They need new management and new training, these people don’t care!
They've had the cash only sign on their drive thru window for almost a week now..I could understand 1-2 days for technical issues but it seems a bit odd to be any longer.
Did curbside order app told me to call when I got there so I did and the lady told me that they were low on staff and that I probably had to go in and when she brought my food out to me she said that jus because it is curbside that I still have to go in and get my order will not be getting my business
I did a on-line order and it sent a paid confirmation to my email I went to the location and they said they were not showing a ticket for it and could not give me the order. I showed them the confirmation in my email on my phone and the manager still refused to make me a order as a manager she should of seen there was a problem even after I showed her proof. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm a manager and if someone shows valid proof of the order I would of gave them the food anyway. This was poor management.
