When it was time to pay, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the issues we faced, and she didn’t even ask if we wanted drinks. It was clear that she was unhappy in her job. We received our food in a ripped bag after being charged full price, which added to our overall negative experience. The service was very poor, and there was a blatant disregard for food safety and cleanliness.

I'm sharing this as a warning for anyone who might be worried about allergies or cross-contamination. I noticed that they had trays of sub bread stacked on top of each other right above the bread oven. There were juices and bits of other ingredients scattered everywhere, coming into contact with our food. To top it off, the woman taking our order was rather rude. We ordered three subs—two steak and cheese and one Italian. She got annoyed and insisted we only ordered two, even though I clearly stated three. Now I'm sitting here covered in crumbs from slightly burnt, stale bread. While the food itself tasted fine, it's tough to enjoy it knowing how it was prepared.

I noticed the staff member was working solo and was quite occupied. I placed my order online, and the restaurant was bustling with customers. They handled everything exceptionally well, even knowing they had to clean up until midnight. The person who served me was fantastic and remained calm under pressure. Thank you!

Has there been any place more divine than this subway in Nova Scotia? The bread tastes as if it were caressed by the gods, of which the employees act in their perfect will. Eons will go by where the wind will whisper how the tuna on Italian Herb and Cheese was forged in the fires of this Subways toaster.At one point, I swear, I saw all the staff levitate. It was incredible. There was a man who hadn't walked in 50 years, that apon eating a turkey on Flatbread, stood up and hugged his wife, who also stood after not having walked for 50 years.The Sriracha was pretty good.

Enjoyed chicken rancher sub with loaded down with vegs. And rotiststy chicken sub with loads of vegs and sauce.
