Jamba Juice - Greenwood Village

Went to this location today and it appeared closed! No sign above and no lights on. Hope google maps updates this or I can learn what happened!

This place is a joke in terms of customer service and operating hours as you will see from the other reviews as well. Not only do they close at 4 pm but even within operating hours there is no service. Just as iam walking towards the store at 3:40, i see the employee put up a sign saying taking break for 25 minutes , they close at 4 and i was refused service at 3:40 by an extremely rude employee !!!!!

This was a very disappointing experience. We waited a very long time, and bought two pretzels they later told us they didn't even have. When we asked for a refund, they said only the manager could do that and that he wasn't even there. We asked for a gift card with the money we spent on it and they told us no to that as well. They offered us another drink or snack of something we didn't want in the first place. The customer service was seriously lacking.

It’s a very hot day and my whole family was outside for hours watching my soccer game while i played in it, we wanted something to cool off but we weren’t near our regular jamba juice, on this app google maps it said jamba juice was quite in fact OPEN but we showed up there was a small paper sign that had many people disappointed. “closed for a quick cleaning” well that “quick” cleaning had people waiting outside and in there cars while the working were sitting on their phone not even cleaning, just sitting there doing absolutely nothing. i was disappointed and you should not go to this location.

Whoever owns or manages the store needs to work at training their employees on their process, customer service, multitasking, and just being a productive employee. Unless you have 30 minutes to spare don’t even bother coming here for a simple smoothie no matter what time of day it is. Every single person that is employed here doesn’t care about their job and never has anything ever set up and ready to serve guests.
