Awesome food and service the food here is so good and they did not forget

I was at drive thru and lady at drive thru told me it’s not even their address ? which is really funny. They don’t even know their address where they are working. I had to go inside to get my order still didn’t got my full order. Very bad customer service.

The order was incorrect, as we requested plain cheeseburgers but received them with all the toppings. However, the manager quickly resolved the issue.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Biggie Bag with upgraded cheese fries. I took my order home for lunch and while eating the fries, I found a long hair in the cheese that was not my hair color. I am completely disgusted and believe it should be a policy for employees to wear hairnets.
