Service was horrible. It appears they were catering several groups. T he Service has been better.

Google needs an option for negative stars. 1 star doesn't convey our level of dissatisfaction and rage. We won't be back. Call me a Karen IDC. We didn't ask for the manager but we absolutely should have. Whatever that server's name is, Nick, I think it was? He's the reason. We have never, NEVER walked out of a restaurant in our lives until 3/4/22 but why would we stay to be ignored? When my very polite husband is trying to flag down our server like he's hailing a NYC cab and other tables have realized we're being ignored and are trying to help us to get his attention by shouting at him but can't, that's beyond bad. I swear it seemed intentional. Was he mad at us for mentioning we were just about to leave because we'd been sitting for 20 minutes and no one had come over yet? Our server checks on the table right next to us 4 times and not one word to us. Our drinks (all 4 of them) are empty. He drops off an app, did he say ANYTHING??? No he was gone so fast we couldn't even ask for anything. Did he even notice the empty glasses sitting on the edge if the table, no. 18% gratuity added to all checks. Why should he try? 20 minute wait at the table just to get a drink order in. We spent 1.5 hours there and we had a glass of tea, a glass of water, 2 martinis, and 2 apps.

Very very very disappointed, my guest and I walked ourselves to our table. The hostess told us that our table was down stairs with two menus on them. Never eating here I had no clue there was even a downstairs. We waited about 20 minutes to get services. We had to ask for our waiter when she finally came her attitude was beyond rude and disturbing…….to the point I contemplated on walking out. Being a person who is from out of town and visits Greenwood VERY often for business and wanting a nice meal with good service this was far from it. It was also disturbing that I watched our waiter go to the same tables NUMEROUS of times but never came to ours to see if we needed anything.

Big mahi mahi and big black cats! service was great. I am gluten intolerance and they made sure everything I ate was safe. very casual atmosphere.

Mmmm. loves the Philly cheese, fried mushrooms and loaded baked kartoffel! the private dining rooms are a beautiful note!
