The Honey Baked Ham Company - Greenwood

Recently I was walking by the store and a gentleman was trying to sell me hams. I told him no , and he got very pushy and aggressive with me when I tried walk away to finish my shopping at the mall. While walking away I heard a very rude, harsh comment from him. I did not appreciate the way that this gentleman was towards me or the way he talked to me. That is no way to run a store, and I have no intentions on going back or being near this location in the future.

Filed a complaint about expired food and hair in my food with a regional manager over a month ago. Was promised a call within 24-48 hours. Never heard a word. So we don’t use you for any of our catering needs. So for the $25 I lost was a lesson learned to spend my money elsewhere!

If you need to order for Holidays you should do it 3 months ahead of time, although they won’t allow that. When 2 years I have tried to order Holiday Hams and was told orders would start at a later date, I asked the specific date and called on that date only to find they are sold out. This happened to me 4 times to me at the Greenwood SC location.

We needed a ham for church the next day came here saturday and the guy helped us with what we needed very helpful
