I had received a wrong burger that was old and cold. Yet, the next time I visited Rally’s, I’d mentioned my experience to Devin Brittany. They were awesome in helping me get the situation rectified. Due to Brittany Devin’s ability to understand and provide optimal service; I walked away very satisfied w the service and problem solving these two displayed. Give em a raise Rally’s!
