O'charley's - Greenwood

The food is good. The service can be excellent at times, but other times it's lacking. They often seem to overlook larger groups of six or more. When the service is great, I tend to tip more generously. However, with poor service, I barely leave a tip. It seems quite straightforward to me!

I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because a co-worker gifted me some gift cards to use after my surgery. I attempted to use them on their website for online ordering and delivery, but it seems gift cards can’t be used that way? The whole idea was to avoid driving. However, I found out that I could call to order ahead and use the gift cards when I arrived for curbside pickup. So, that’s what I did. The food was fantastic, and the service was wonderful!

Everything was great as usual at O'Charley's; I couldn't find any fault with the food. However, the service was just okay to begin with. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up for refills, which was a bit disappointing.

I love this location. The servers are really polite and friendly. We always ask for Sonya. She has a great sense of humor. The food is great!

8888>88>8>>We stopped by for a celebratory evening, last day of school, moving on to new grades, teachers, students. The service was fantastic and the food was so delicious.
