Every time I go here I swear it’s 20 minutes. They always hire the most chill relaxed staff. Never in a hurry. Sandwiches are halfway built. I live 1 mile from this one yet I drive 10 more minutes to another location. They mess up orders and I don’t even complain. I just eat however it comes because it’s too painful to get back in line and wait more.

Hit and miss. Just check your items before. Always something here, this time forgot to check and surely after I returned home, wrong item/messed up order. I drove back because because kind of close and they made it right and re-made some items because of being cold so…that’s good at least. Maybe next time we’ll see. ??‍

Believe the negative reviews. breakfast manager before 9 o'clock is great and performs the dinge efficiently. all day and later is a nightmare. last problem is any special order is wrong and stacks itself. the half of eating gets cold while they wait for everything. if your child has a special order on the hamburger and it is put into a happy meal box and there are a few sitting there, it will be hit or miss whether they get the right because they do not print the order day for the outside of the box until later. then an order can sit there and wait until the runner decides to deliver 3 or 4 entries on the pick-up counter. I had meat that was missing from sandwiches, was missing cold pommes, sitting there in a bag while I waited on the sandwich, false commands given me. it is necessary to direct the workers to the best practice in order not to abandon the place and the get things.

Cold, slowwww expensive eating now. 25 employees. they could get the same results with 5. fire 20 low price for food. then if I get a cold big mac that lasts forever (I can get some good steaks in Texas roadhouse faster) the $3 cost is not as bad as $6.

Order was incorrect. Gave us the wrong food in the attempt to correct our order. After I had stuck my hand in the bag to check it. They demanded that I hand It back through the window before giving me what I had ordered. They then gave the food that I had touched to the car behind me. Disgusting.
