Emma's Family - Greenwood

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to after the experience last night. I have dined at this restaurant many times and don't mind sitting up, but last night was a disappointment. Our party of 7 arrived to find the place busy, with many empty tables. A couple who arrived after us was seated before us, and we had to wait 45 minutes before my wife inquired if they had forgotten about us. It seemed like the staff was more focused on other patrons and not attentive to our needs. The waitress explained they only had 2 cooks in the kitchen, but a better approach would have been to communicate this to us earlier and offer us some drinks while we waited or allow us to make an informed decision on whether to stay or go elsewhere. We won't be returning.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant and will definitely return. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. The atmosphere is bustling yet welcoming. What a lovely place!

The best hand-baked clams! I had never been to a restaurant that offered that before. They were delicious! The service was excellent, everyone was so friendly and kind. We will definitely be returning!

The food was in order, but the service was not on the way. they were nice, but it took a while to sit when there were many open tables, one lasted to get our drinks and get our food. there weren't many people in there, so maybe it was just a free day for them.

Food was great waitress was awesome but the one that seated us was something else she made us wait to be seated with nine empty tables and booths no silverware throwed our menus on table this is second time dealing with her won't be going back
