Ultimate Pizza - Greenwich

Now it's changed name it is bella torino 100%Italian quiet and taste, kindergarten staff, good service. I like it.

It was late at night and I had just finished work. My two teenage children were still awake and hungry, so I decided to order three chicken burger meals from a restaurant using Deliveroo. I tried calling the restaurant directly to confirm if they were still open, but no one answered. As I tracked my order on the app, I noticed the driver took the wrong route to my house, passing it twice. When I called the restaurant, the person who answered was unhelpful and told me to contact the driver directly. Despite the driver's confusion about my address, I finally received my order in the rain. The food was lukewarm, with the burger being average and slightly tough, and the chips seemed to have been reheated multiple times and were hard. I was disappointed with the overall experience and wished I had ordered directly from the restaurant.

I ordered a pizza a week ago and I wasn't up to it and had to throw half away.I ordered again tonight, a different pizza with wings, fries, garlic bread and fries. Thinking, they might have been wrong the last time or the one who was doing it probably had a bad day.He gave him another chance, and clearly explaining, extra sauce with the food. The food came in 45 minutes. I forgot to bring me a drink, for which I paid online, they told me the next time I make your order, we will deduce you. Before the delivery of my food, I kept calling the store, just to make sure they brought everything and the right things ordered. Sometimes they're wrong, the language barrier or they get too busy. However, once again, pizza was not standard and cold. He didn't even eat half, the potatoes were greasy, the garlic bread, seemed soaked in oil. The fried wings looked black and cooked. I'd say, anyone who's considering ordering from here, looking somewhere else or starving sleep hahaha. It's not worth it, it's not worth money or time.It's horrible, running a business but not keeping things at least as standard. This is not personal or anything but an honest opinion.He will never order from here again.

So... i ordered from here on just eat, 11pm the food arrived at 12:20am and 1 hour and 15 mins after placing the order there was no sign of the food. Eventually the driver arrives, doesn't have enough change so i loose out on even more money! Then i come inside open up the bag and the food IS DRIED UP old and OVER FRIED!! I would never eat this nor expect anyone else to eat this. I rang and in replace they had the balls to send a 6slice pizza in replace FOR TWO PEOPLE and i gave them back that old stale food. do not waste your time or money ordering from here!!I'm starving!!!

Ordered from here only to eat, 1 hour and 15 minutes after ordering, there were no signs of any food. We called the place directly several times, just so the staff told us that the driver is 5 minutes away each time, and they hang us. Fortunately I'm getting a refund but don't waste your time or money from here!
