Aji Ichiban - Greenwich

The food is consistently amazing and the service is excellent. As someone from Japan, I am quite particular about my cuisine, but I visit this restaurant often and it never disappoints. The sushi, in particular, is very good!

Aji Ichiban is the 'ir' restaurant I write to when you need a sushi fix, as it always offers a delicious sushi that did not disappoint me. Sushi and sashimi is always fresh and very well presented and the menu selection is fair. I've been going here often since it opened a few years ago, and I've always been satisfied. Hot food is also good, although it is not as good as sushi. Price is reasonable and worth what you get. The service has been unpredictable but it was generally good. The restaurant could be a bit more ambience as it has a bit of a cold atmosphere. Undoubtedly, a place to go if you are not looking for anything too elaborate or adventurous and want a good sushi solution.

My boyfriend and I often dine in this Japanese restaurant. It's incredibly good. Fish is always very fresh and sushi is special! In addition, Shell's gentle and gentle crab is very nice and the service is very good, everyone is very friendly and always willing to answer any questions. Brown tea rice is also good. Very recommended!

We went for a week-long lunch with a reservation instead. This is 3 floors with only 2 waitress. Not many people, but many deliveroo drivers coming the waitress were to a certain extent busy with carrying orders. The service was slow, but the food was good. Generous portions. Good and varied menu. The food was well prepared, except it was Yakitori burned. Clearly this restaurant could easily be 5 stars but we need more personal and faster service. A group of 5 office workers and we do not serve wine in time and left before eating. It should have been possible to serve them as not very busy. The prices here are reasonable. Owners should employ more people to make this a very good restaurant. Another more important point is the Loo ladies. Pretty bad and not clean. This shouldn't happen.

My family and I went for an early dinner at this restaurant with a total of 6 people. The food, as always, was excellent. Unfortunately, the service was lacking as the staff appeared distracted and too focused on chatting amongst themselves rather than serving the customers.
