The female staff or manager at this place is so rude. instead of apologising that people do not understand what they say (mispronciation, accents and the mask) it will blame the customer. she also likes to lend her employees to customers instead of leading them to a task. Moreover, while they inspect their order in the quiet, they will give them an unfriendly look and smirk. I wonder how this worker can work in other jobs. such a bad reflection for dunkin.

This place is not too shabby; it is an American restaurant that seems to be popular.

Convenient location on U.S. route 1 west Putnam ave) this is the main east/west route through town. No drive thru or outdoor seating available as this is an express dunkin in a Mobil convenience Mart. Unisex restroom available inside but no indoor seating. Parking situation is definitely tight considering how busy this road is.

The staff at this restaurant are highly efficient. They work quickly, so even if you only have a few minutes to spare and there's a line, you know you'll be in and out in less than 5 minutes. Whenever I visit Boston, this is the first restaurant I stop at.

Dunkin' Donuts is a reliable choice for a tasty meal. It's disappointing that they are discontinuing their cinnabon, as it was one of their best items. However, their prices and the flavor of their coffee are actually superior to Starbucks. In fact, all of their food options are better than what Starbucks offers. You can't go wrong by choosing Dunkin' Donuts.
