Wendy's - Greenville

The food here lacks consistency; at times, the fries are cold and greasy. Additionally, the prices for fast food are quite frustrating.

Mobile order with spacifics all the extras that I was charged for wasn't included cheese, extra sour cream, extra butter, and extra crackers. I wasn't even given a fork, salt not pepper in edition to this to go along with an old and hard baked potato that looked as if it was from the previous day.

On August 30 at 11:52 AM, I ordered a 4 for 4 JBC and a $5 Biggie Bag with a bacon burger. Since I was the only car there, I had to get up and wait for my order. When my order was finally brought out, I realized I was missing my drink. I went back to request it, and the staff handed me a cup that lacked ice. I decided to brush it off and just head home. Once I got home and checked my food, I found that my $5 Biggie Bag contained a chicken sandwich instead of the bacon burger I ordered. Additionally, the burger in my 4 for 4 meal was disheveled and not properly packaged.

The girl at the window was quite rude. I requested shredded cheese instead of liquid cheese, but when I got home, I found that I had received the liquid cheese anyway. I also asked for sour cream and sweet and sour sauce, and while she did throw the sweet and sour into the bag, I still did not receive any sour cream. I usually enjoy coming here, but after tonight's experience, I've changed my mind. I don’t think I will return. If she isn’t happy with her job, she shouldn’t have to work there.

I like ordering from this Wendy's because they have very fast service even during lunch hours. My food is always made fresh and correct and the employees are nice as well.
