I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant, and it seems like they don't prioritize customer satisfaction at all. During my most recent visit, I waited in the drive-thru for five minutes without anyone answering. When someone finally did respond, they told me I was "running up the drive-thru waiting minutes" and that corporate would be upset with them. I'm shocked by the poor quality of service and the lack of respect. Service: Takeout, Meal type: Lunch.

I can't comment on the food since I waited in the drive-thru for 8 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. They also do not answer their phone. Service: 1 star.

Ordered the baconator fries, got a pile of cold fries with cheese sauce on them. Zero pieces of bacon. Thanks, but I won’t be back.
