Taco Bell - Greenville

This place always leaves me feeling disappointed. Every time I go through the drive-thru, I inevitably end up missing at least one item from my order, and since it’s on the receipt, that means I paid for it. Out of the 20 tacos I’ve ordered, only about 2 have been fresh and actually edible without needing a spoon or hand shovel. They tend to be messy, with sauce all over the bag and overstuffed portions. On the bright side, the staff is usually friendly, and the meat is noticeably better than many Taco Bells I’ve visited. Just make sure to check your order before you drive away. You might want to ask for a refund for any missing items and consider grabbing a burger instead.

I really dislike their oddly shaped parking lot, but once you're in, the wait time isn’t too long. The food was fresh, but it just didn’t feel substantial enough. It seems like you need to spend at least $50 on food for my family to consider it a proper dinner, or maybe we’re just being greedy! Either way, I will definitely return for more nacho fries!

During my visit on the night of October 16, 2022, the staff were a true delight. Even though it was close to closing time, they all maintained fantastic attitudes. The food I received was among the best I've had from Taco Bell in quite a while, and my order was accurate as well. A round of applause for the night shift!

The staff were SO rude, i never even leave any kind of ratings or comments but i have no choice with this one. Saying the staff were rude is such an understatement, it 's honestly giving them too much credit. Especially the lady in drive thru. She actedlike we were the problem, along with the 3 separate people in front of us that we witnessed be treated the same way, sheliterally huffed and puffed the whole time and loudly said she wished all these people would leave bc she wasnt in the mood forall these people tonight and she was going to just quit . There was more than that coming out her mouth. Ive never experiencedTHAT bad of behavior and rudeness and hatefulness at ANY food or retail or place of business period

Fast friendly service! ate here two days in a row and was impressed by the great food and great service both times. did not try the coffee. next time.
