Taco Bell - Greenville

The past few times we have visited this location, the staff have been welcoming and helpful. It was remodeled within the past year. The reason for removing a star is because sometimes the food isn't prepared with adequate filling/ingredients (and maybe that's a taco bell chain thing, I dont know). Yes, it is fast food, but having a tiny bit of cheese at the very end of the bean burrito after eating only refried beans and tortilla for 90% of it is quite disappointing. Crunchwrap Supreme barely has any meat in it. There is at least a minimum standard one would expect for fast food and it can be hit or miss. But we still come back because overall, it is worth it.

The food is always fresh and the staff are friendly, depending on when you go ;

I placed a large order and the staff collaborated to prepare it. The team was great and provided outstanding service.

I have a particular preference for certain fast food restaurants, and Taco Bell happens to be one of them. I went through the drive-thru located across from the hospital on my way home after a visit. I was pleasantly surprised by the clear communication through the speaker box, the friendly cashier, and the fresh and well-prepared food, especially considering it was late at night. Overall, I would give this experience an A+.

I always have a great experience with the customer service every time I visit this restaurant.
