Rick Erwin's Eastside - Greenville

Our waitress Mary was amazing and the food was delicious.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Rick Erwin's Eastside tonight. It was excellent! The food and service were both outstanding! And the extra touches that made our evening special were a very pleasant surprise! We would definitely recommend this establishment for a date night or special occasion dinner!

This is the second time in a week that I have visited this restaurant. While the previous time it was fabulous and tonight it was terrible! We ate at the bar and the bar tender was quite busy however we were patient and I ordered the exact same thing I had ordered the previous time which was tuna and Brussel sprouts $32.00. The tuna was over cooked and the Brussels didn't come as ordered.. When questioned the bar tender indicated the Brussels were under the tuna which it wasn't it was bok choy. Once I educated him he had the guy to get me some Brussels not of my choice but of his choice but the guy next to me had a choice in which Brussels he wanted. Blue Cheese versus Balsamic. Also they brought me Tuna cooked the correct way. Usually when we go to Rick Erwin's weather it be in Clemson/Greenville Mr. Rick is there and the service is wonderful. However he wasn't there tonight and it was such a disappointment. I had the bar tender to place the leftovers for me to take home in a box. Please note by the picture as to the way my leftovers were given to me. I would suggest only going when Mr Rick Erwin was in the house because clearly it doesn't run the same when he isn't..

Went for our anniversary. They really know how to make you feel special with the sparkling candle, free piece of pie, and champagne. We don?t care for champagne or drink, but the thought was super nice appreciated! Service and food was EXCELLENT!!

We had to change our reservations last minute on a Friday night with no control with the other restaurant. We had not eaten at Eastside and didn't know what to expect. Well, we felt at home... Christine was FABULOUS she is one of the best we have ever had, not just locally! Plus, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was laid back but refined. The food was on point. The timing of service was excellent. The drinks amazing... The ?East Sider? was the best ?Side Car? I have had. We are definitely coming back and before we departed I made sure to as what Christine's schedule was! Thanks again for a wonderful evening!
