Mcdonald's - Greenville

Good experience here. We ordered by the drive thru. We had a small waiting time to order, but the food was ready until we made it into the second window after payment. The whole food was fresh and hot. The prices were good.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this McDonald’s in particular. If you want coffee, go somewhere else. Every time I order something from here it’s wrong or if I order from the McCafé menu they say they can’t make it. (I used to order frappe’s but their machines are always down so I order the iced version of it instead which they usually can make)Today I ordered the Iced caramel mocha because I wanted to skip the hassle of them telling me their machine was down again. For some stupid reason, they said that they couldn’t make it because their machine was down. I’m not asking for a frappe I’m asking for an iced coffee. So you’re saying you can’t make an iced coffee w/ caramel and chocolate syrup? You’ve done it before when you’ve confirmed that your machine is down. So you just decided you didn’t want to make what I already paid for? Such a waste of time and money, they never get anything right regardless of what I order. I’m never ordering from here ever again.

My children and I ate there at noon! We ate in because the drive couldn't end. Most divers used the kiosk to order (except some older customers). When I was waiting and watching, I noticed how effective the manager led his team during this stressful hour. The workers really beat their butt and worked together to get orders. The outer line moved as well as inside. I waited for my food for about 20 minutes. Waiting was worth it! My QP with cheese, 20 pieces of chicken nuggets and pommes were all fresh. Also surprising was the pop machine in full work order and clean. Infact was the whole place cleaned well. We were very happy with this McDonald's because it eats our first time here. I informed the manager about how well he led his team and used positive reinforcements that he told them as they were stressed or a job was easily mixed.

Was busy, but they were polite and fast. other places where I had taken them over 30 minutes, how busy they were, but they had prepared the food below half of it and the food was great (for McDonald's). I praise the team that was currently struggling for their strong work ethics.

Food was good and service was fast. I didn't have to wait forever and my food was good and hot. They tasted great and were very nice there. Inside was clean and so was the outside. Recommend these McDonalds!!
