Mcdonald's - Greenville

The food was decent and the atmosphere was great, but I found the Sprite to be surprisingly harsh—it felt almost like it had alcohol in it because it burned my throat.

This was the best McDonald's I've ever been to! The servers were friendly and pleasant, and the food was really delicious.

This has to be the worst McDonald's we've tried, and we've given it more than a few chances. Each time we called to speak with a manager to discuss the issues rather than posting a review. However, after our last visit when we talked with K, who claimed to be the manager, we went through the problems again. She wouldn't stop talking and had an excuse for everything. I asked her to let me speak three times, but she continued to talk over me. We stopped coming to this McDonald’s for a while because of rude service, cold food, and the frequency of receiving reheated items that made the bread hard. We also had to check our bags at home because our orders were often incorrect. For instance, I ordered a Big Mac combo at 11:00, but when I got home, I found only a piece of meat in the bag. K suggested I bring it back, but who wants to return late at night? I won’t be going back to this McDonald’s again.

The McDonald is the worst. I stopped getting a Frappuccino on my way to get my husband to the doctor's appointment. He's a heart patient and was seen today because he's sugar high. After waiting for 10 minutes, I called inside to find out what took so long... the manager told me that they had changed something and forgotten about me, but she would pick up my drink and give me my money back, but you know it's not about the money, it's about TIME! We were able to come to the doctor 15 minutes too late and he could be seen that it only makes me angry because they didn't have to see him because we were too late... (because of McDonalds). For me everyone has an important task, so just do it right!!! Thank you for letting me rant!

We got a large family order. The service was fast and our order was correct.
