This building has been a restaurant of some type of and on for 30 years. Currently, it is take out only, and due to not having a working air conditioner, it's hot in there. They have a jar on the counter for donations towards a new unit. Also, the area outside the kitchen is not very orderly. However, the food is great! I was hungry but didn't know what I wanted to eat. So I stopped by just to see if they had something that was calling my name.Well, they had lemon pepper fried turkey wings. I've deep-fried turkeys in the past, but by the time i finished cooking the bird, the wings were overcooked and no good to me. However, these wings were very tasty and left me desiring more! My two sides were collards and macaroni with cheese. They were also tasty!By the way, I placed my order and went to my car to wait for them to cook the food. Within a few minutes, a gentleman bought my food to me and was very pleasant. I don't know if he's the owner or not, but he also greeted me when I was looking over the menu. I'll be back there.

My son and I ordered a 3 piece Chicken, Mac Cheese, Fries, CornBread we also got Pulled Pork, for Dessert Strawberry Cake, drinks homemade Lemonade! The owner was awesome made us feel so welcomed! The food was great will definitely swing in to order take out again!Kid-friendliness: My son felt so welcome!Parking: This place isn't your standard restaurant area so don't feel your not welcome in, your definitely are!

I'm so confused by all of the stars this place has. My family and I were visiting and decided to try this place. We got ox tails, mac and cheese, potato salad, cabbage, ribs, and baked chicken. We tried everything after we got home (3hrs away) and we tried everything and was VERY disappointed...I definitely do not recommend what's stated above, other food on the menu might be good but what we got was trash. Three stars for customer service though.

Yessss! Get their early so you won't miss out. Absolutely delicious ?? the catfish nuggets,Mac, cabbage was the best. Get you some ox-tails , don't hurt nobody while you eating, that guard dog gone come out,

Definitely worth going here. On our finale barbecue adventure. This was one of the last places we went and they did not disappoint. The staff was really friendly and the food was amazing! Will definitely be back next time. I’m in Greenville.
